Abstract

Focuses on a single map of the spread of an innovation produced from a Monte Carlo simulation which is equivalent from the viewpoint of sampling theory to a random sample size on drawn from the set of all possible maps. Recommended practice in the simulation of diffusion; Rationale for repetitive simulation which lies in the statistical behavior of the sampling process.
