Abstract: This article presents information about the Ricoh's R1154N voltage regulator in a SOT23-5 package that has an input voltage range of 24V, supply current of 5µ A and maximum output current of 150mA. Output capacitor can be chosen to a minimum 0.1 µ F. Voltage adjustment with fixed types. Safety in the application is enhanced with peak and short circuit current limit and thermal overload protection.
