Abstract

The article focuses on single wireless link that connects the transmitter with the receiver. The design process consists of identifying the end points of the link where the transmitter and receiver are located, examining the details of the propagation environment along the circle path between points, and on the basis of this information, postulating a link configuration. Stand-alone single broadband links have several applications. Broadband wireless links are often used in combinations or networks to achieve longer end-to-end range or to connect multiple points in some systematic way.
