Abstract
- The article focuses on nationalism in Germany. Nationalism remains a central force in Germany, and will until her legitimate boundaries are restored. No party, socialist or conservative, can take power or hold power which does not obey the imperative of recovering German nationals and German soil. The Soviet Government understands this, and its response to the Paris agreements is to promote indecision in France and neutralism in Germany by calling for new negotiations on unification. The U.S. Government answers that there must be no negotiation until the Paris agreements are ratified.
