Abstract
- Adsorbents for the absorption of CO<subscript>2</subscript> (Li<subscript>2</subscript>ZrO<subscript>3</subscript>, Li<subscript>4</subscript>SiO<subscript>4</subscript>, CaSiO<subscript>3</subscript>, MgO, and Li<subscript>2</subscript>O) are synthesized and deposited on silicon carbide. The adsorbents are effective in the range of medium (300–400°C) and high (450–750°C) temperatures, have a high capacity for the dynamic absorption of CO<subscript>2</subscript>, and an enhanced rate of absorption.
