Lauds the work of S.H. Hirata and colleagues for their report on the dermoscopic features of two cases of clonal seborrheic keratosis. Observation of large areas of a bluish pigmentation composed of multiple, blue-gray roundish structures; Differential diagnosis of pigmented basal cell carcinoma.
