Views that Indian leaders have been waiting for the end of former Russian leader Joseph Stalin's regime in order to improve their relation with Soviets; Response of Indian politicians towards the reversal of post-Stalin policy towards South Asia; Opinion expressed by Russian leader Nikita Khrushchev towards the 1947 Indian Partition during his visit in Kashmir; Tactics of Khrushchev to exploit feelings of Indians by focusing on partition of India and the U.S. policy towards Pakistan; Agreement between Russian and Indian governments for construction of a steel mill and import of finished steel.
