Optimization of dyeing process for cotton fabric bleaching and dyeing.

The traditional cotton fabric light coloring process was divided into two processes, which is bleaching and dyeing, and the process is long and the water consumption is large. To solve the problem, a new cotton fabric bleaching and dyeing one-bath process was used to dye the light-colored phase. The experimental results show that the optimal process for SR dyeing with reactive dyes of Norwegian clones is 1% H₂O₂, 65 °C, 40 min, and 7.5% solid soda, which not only shortens the operation process, but also improves production efficiency, the objective of energy saving and emission reduction as well as production costs reduction can be reached.
