Abstract
- The effects of multi-factors such as aggregate gradation, water-cement ratio, sand ratio, designed porosity and binder bone ratio on the permeability coefficient, compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled aggregate permeable concrete were studied. The cement permeability, mechanical properties, frost resistance and road performance of the recycled aggregate permeable concrete were optimized by changing the cement variety, adding reinforcing agent, mixing recycled aggregate with electric furnace slag. The results show that the influence factors on the compressive strength and water permeability of the recycled aggregate are as follows: design porosity>aggregate gradation>sand ratio>water-gel ratio. It is suggested that the porosity of the recycled aggregate permeable concrete should be 10%~20%, the water-binder ratio should be 0.29~0.32, the sand ratio should be 5%~10%, and the binder-bone ratio should be 0.29. The electric slag can greatly improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the permeable concrete. But its water permeability and frost resistance are not much different.
