Abstract

A 56-year-old white man presented with multiple pigmented lesions at the root of his penile shaft, associated with achromic macules. Acquired reticular genital melanosis is not common,[1] and the dermoscopic reticular pattern that we observed in the pigmented lesions is not typical of genital melanosis in males, unlike in women. Localized depigmentation on genital melanosis: a clue for the understanding of vitiligo. [Extracted from the article]
