Abstract
- The article examines English poet and artist William Blake's depictions of and references to living creatures in his designs and texts. Topics covered include the depiction of animals in his poems "Jerusalem" and "The Tyger," the additional meanings of the animals he depicted in his writings, and the supernatural dimensions that the depicted animals have.
