In the context of the decentralization reform, the task of forming socio-economic portraits of United Territorial Communities (UTCs) and finding their "growth points" is updated. The authors investigate two labor-abundant territories of Sumy region - Sumy and Shostka districts for the analysis of social and demographic characteristics of communities.
