РОЛЬ КИТАЮ У ВРЕГУЛЮВАННІ КОРЕЙСЬКОЇ ПРОБЛЕМИ

This article analyzes the changes that have taken place in Northeast Asia, where the Korean Peninsula is located. As we know, in recent years China's foreign policy has largely changed, and this is primarily due to China's increasing role in the international arena. The article analyzes in detail the evolution of China's policy towards the two states of the Korean Peninsula, stages, changes in relations between North and South Korea. Sudden rapprochement with North Korea during 2018-2020 and a sharp cooling of relations with the Republic of Korea after the deployment of the US missile system THAAD in South Korea. Of course, the sharp escalation of the confrontation with the United States also played a role in the Korean problem regulating and in the process of the Korean Peninsula denuclearization.
