Abstract

No increased risk of cataract in adult patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia treated with eltrombopag. During a total follow-up of 31 448 patient-years, 573 patients had a surgery for cataract and 1089 (12-9%) were exposed to eltrombopag (309 with >=365 DDDs).
