Importance of intellectual property in technologic transfer.

Paper presents some aspects regarding the protection of innovative ideas. All the research results of people involved in this activity must be protected by law against counterfeiting and piracy. It should be borne in mind that there are issues of novelty and license papers/dissertation of students, not only at the level of doctoral training.
