Abstract
- The article examines the mechanics of the job-seeker visa in the U.S. and presents proposals on how to improve or streamline the country's employment-based immigration process. Also cited are some immigration issues like border security, green card issuance parameters, and immigration enforcement, and the responsibilities of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the processing of employment-based visas.
