Abstract
- The article presents a study by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) on the Department of Education's Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) on incidents of seclusion and restraints in school districts. Topics include the effectiveness of CRDC data quality control processes and the mandate of GAO under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2018 on the monitoring of CRDC data.
