Bulging anterior fontanelle and dense bones in an infant.

A case study of a 3-month-old female infant who is diagnosed with Bulging anterior fontanelle and dense bones is presented. Topics discussed include workup for hypophosphatemia including head and renal ultrasounds was unremarkable; clinical examination revealed nystagmus and no hepatosplenomegaly; and skeletal survey showed a new finding of diffuse bone sclerosis along with fraying of metaphyses diffusely.
