FUNDRAISING: BRIDGING TITLE IX ATHLETICS COMPLIANCE OF THE EQUAL TREATMENT REQUIREMENT AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN ADMINISTRATORS IN INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS.

The article discusses the effects of fundraising in bridging the gap in Title IX equal treatment requirement compliance and promotion of women administrators in intercollegiate athletics. Also cited are the successful fundraising programs of the Longhorn Foundation at University of Texas led by Amy Folan, and the areas for compliance under Title IX as outlined by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights (OCR).
