PS13 Prevention, environment and occupational allergy / Poster Session Discussion.

The article focuses on prevention and treatment of occupational allergic diseases. It includes evaluation of immunological and respiratory status in swine farmers, prevention of allergic reactions in chronic hemodialyzed patients by suppression of putative allergenic parameters during the dialysis session, altered monocyte/macrophage function due to exposure to suspended diesel exhaust particles, green coffee bean dust as a cause of occupational asthma, screening of latex allergy in nurses, immunotherapy follow-up by re-sting in honeybee venom allergic patients, etc.
