Abstract

Leprosy pseudoimbricata: an unusual presentation of steroid-modified borderline lepromatous leprosy The borderline leprosy is an immunologically unstable entity lying between the two polar ends of disease.[1] We report an unsual case of borderline lepromatous (BL) leprosy presenting with concentric erythematous rings mimicking tinea pseudoimbricata. We propose the term "leprosy pseudoimbricata" for such patients of steroid modified leprosy presenting as concentric rings. [Extracted from the article]
