The article examines how to express, understand and interpret legal language. It adds that the communication aims to address one of most important issues for Albania, a country that has undertaken a series of reforms over the past three decades in the justice system which requires interventions of important legal and institutional matters. It states that they must be able to understand conscientiously and interpret it correctly.
