Aorto‐ureteric fistula post endovascular stent graft management of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm: a case report.

To our knowledge this is the first reported case of AUF following endovascular stent graft treatment. Common stent graft complications include endoleak, stent graft migration, wireform fracture, limb thrombosis, limb stenosis/kink and stent graft infection.[3] Although AUF has been documented post open aortic rupture repair in the literature, this has not been a reported complication post endovascular aneurysm therapies.[4] The mechanism for the development of AUF in our case remains unclear.
