Summary of Special Session"Uncertainty in Propagation Prediction".

This paper summarizes the special session, “Uncertainty in Propagation Prediction,” that took place at the 177th Meeting of the Acoustical Society of America in Louisville, KY. The session was co-sponsored by Underwater Acoustics, Physical Acoustics, Structural Acoustics and Vibration, Acoustical Oceanography, Signal Processing in Acoustics Technical Committees and Computational Acoustics Technical Specialty Group and consisted of 11 talks by researchers from U.S. academic and government research labs, and French and Canadian universities.
