First report of ten grouper species (Serranidae: Epinephelinae) from the West Bengal coast, along the east coast of India.

Present paper reports 10 groupers (family Serranidae) from West Bengal coast on the east coast of India for the first time. These 10 species are Cephalopholis formosa, Epinephelus areolatus, E. bleekeri, E. caeruleopunctatus, E. erythrurus, E. fasciatus, E. longispinis, E. magniscuttis, E. radiatus, E. sexfasciatus.
