Abstract
- Discusses the misjudgment on the ruling of North Western Traffic Commissioner (TC) Beverley Bell over the case of the validity of the five-vehicle license held by Farnworth, Bolton, England-based Al Madina Transport. Disregard for system improvements by the TC; Refusal of Bell to adjourn the hearing despite the reasonable cause of the absence of Al Madina director Nazir Hussain during the inquiry process; Decision of the Transport Tribunal on the appeal of the company.
