Cauda equina syndrome in an ovarian malignant‐mixed müllerian tumor with leptomeningeal spread.

Leptomeningeal metastasis is extremely rare in patients with ovarian cancer, but should be considered in patients presenting with neurologic deficits such as cauda equine syndrome.
