Abstract

The article focuses on Vienna Bakery. In its more conspicuous feature, this is simply, an airy, cheerful, and well managed restaurant, where one gets coffee served in the Vienna fashion, where the ices and the chocolate are good, and where the prices are by no means low. The hidden purpose of this restaurant is not to make money by the sale of coffee and ices, but to tempt people to make the acquaintance of the best bread in the world, and even this is but an incident to the business of selling what is known as German Press-Yeast. However, the bread. problem is undoubtedly, so far as the American people are concerned, the most important which we have to solve.
