Abstract
- This article focuses on publishers and publishing of books and literature. G.P. Putnam's Sons will, by arrangement with Messrs Trubner, publish an American edition of the book "The Autobiography of Mark Rutherford." A recent bulletin of the Census Office shows the distribution of the population with reference to the mean annual rainfall and the rainfall of the spring and summer months. Daniel F. Tredwell, of Brooklyn, has published a "Monograph," on privately illustrated books, which will be found none the less pleasant reading because of the occasional exuberance and inaccuracy of the style.
