CONTEMPORY TRENDS IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN RUSSSIA AND IN THE OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS.

The article represents the main trends in of education development, their reasons of changes and their consequences. The authors reveal the key tendencies of the higher education system development in modern Russia and the other countries of the world. The research is based on statistical data of the Federal Statistics Service (Rosstat), the CLLE of Ranepa, RIA Novosti and other analytical sources. The authors apply the methods of document analysis: traditional analysis of documents, as well as secondary, comparative analysis.
