- Discusses the utilization of collaborative action research in enhancing supervisory effectiveness of the supervisory effectiveness of public school teachers. Development of a theoretical framework reflecting research on adult developmental stages, alternative supervisory models and practices, and collaborative action research as a methodology for collecting data; Application of developmentally based administrative practices and the enhancement of student learning; Personal and professional growth of teachers through the use of collaborative action research.
