Abstract
- The article discusess the U.S. Supreme Court case Allen v. Cooper addressing whether the Congress validly abrogated state sovereign immunity through the Copyright Remedy Clarification Act in providing remedies for authors of original expression whose federal copyrights are infringed by states.
