Abstract

A new type of waterborne release agent FB was developed by using high molecular weight alkane material instead of the mineral oil film former commonly used for waterborne concrete release agent. The release agent overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary waterborne release agent that is easy to stick during demolding. It not only has the advantages of easy release of oily release agent, but also can overcome the problem of poor quality of concrete surface and more pores of oily release agent, and improve the apparent quality of concrete. It has been used in industrial buildings. At the same time, the main reasons affecting the apparent quality of concrete and the demolding mechanism were analyzed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
