Regional Problems in Water Use in Siberian Industrial Agglomerations.

The basic indicators of regional water use have been identified and assessed as a component of a single social–natural–technogenic system. These indicators have been assessed in the case of industrial agglomerations in Siberia: Krasnoyarsk Territory and Kemerovskaya oblast, which are considered as pilot regions for the development of the concept of social–natural–technogenic systems.
