Abstract

Granulomatous slack skin disease (GSSD) is a very rare subset of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, clinically characterized by lax skin tumours and wrinkles, mainly in the flexures, groin and buttocks. Fluconazole may be efficient in GSSD-associated uncontrolled hypercalcemia, and 25-hydroxyvitamin D supplementation should be avoided in GSSD. [Extracted from the article]
