Abstract

The known Indian species of the moth genus Paralebeda Aurivillius namely femorata (Menetries) and the type species plagifera (Walker) have been taxonomically treated. The external morphological characters particularly species specific features such as wing venation and genitalic characters have been studied and illustrated. The genus diagnosis has been updated and a key has also been formulated. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
