Analysis and Research on Grounding Contact Performance of Radial Tire.

The grounding performance of tires under different tire pressure and load was tested by using the five rigid test machine and the TireScan pressure distribution measurement system, the test results show that the tire pressure and load have obvious influence on the grounding performance of the tire. At the same time, using ABAQUS software to simulate the relationship between different sinking amount and belt layer angle and tire grounding performance, the analysis results show that the sinking amount and the belt layer angle are closely related to the grounding performance of the tire.
