Abstract

Trends in globalization change market rules every day so that companies face daily, sudden, unexpected and overwhelmingly unpredictable changes where they expect timely and accurate responses and business decision making to achieve market competitiveness. With the development of digitization and the development and expansion of the Internet, new opportunities for business operations have opened up. Technological innovations and digitalization open new opportunities for expanding into international markets and are just social networks, a very convenient channel for business promotion, product advertising, as well as a product sales channel, and hence may have an impact on increasing business performance.
