Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals has informed that the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held in National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research Auditorium, NITTTR Complex, Sector 26, Chandigarh on Saturday, the 14th September, 2019 at 10.00 hours. Notice is further given that pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for a period of 7 days from Sunday, the 8th September, 2019 to Saturday, the 14th September, 2019, in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 14th September, 2019 and the Company has fixed 7th September, 2019 as the Cut-off date (Record Date) for the purpose of entitlement for remote E-voting (including m-voting) in respect of said Annual General Meeting (AGM) and voting at the AGM through Polling Paper.
