Abstract

The steel truss high-strength bolt application project has outstanding features such as large bolt information, high construction difficulty, large single-node workload and high installation precision. In view of the above characteristics, BIM technology and refine management theory are introduced, and a new method of refine management of steel truss high-strength bolts based on BIM technology is proposed. The high-strength bolts of typical steel truss of Sanmenxia Yellow River and Railway Bridge are applied. Taking the engineering as an example, the parametric modeling method and specific application of steel truss nodes based on Revit and Dynamo are introduced. The results show that in the aspects of material extraction, model deepening, assembly construction and post-operation and maintenance, the application of BIM technology can improve the precision and effectiveness for the refine management of steel truss high-strength bolts.
