Abstract

Under the influence of the Torch Program, the high-tech zone construction projects are experiencing rapid development. With the wide application of the PPP, the high-tech zone construction project shows the features such as large-scale size, high complexity of demand, diversification of investment subject, and government intervention. On this basis, knowledge management and communication of high-tech zone construction projects face huge challenges. Through the lens of meta-network, this study takes Jinan high-tech zone construction project as an example to explore the density, centrality and key nodes of knowledge communication network during the project organization evolution process. These findings provide a new perspective for the study of knowledge propagation in the project organization and contribute to a better understanding of the knowledge diffusion characteristics as well as the implementation of knowledge management strategy in the hi-tech zone construction projects.
