Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 14-year-old girl with fatigue, diarrhea, and generalized edema lasting for 10 days. Topics include, referred to the pediatric hematology with a pre-diagnosis of leukemia due to hyperleukocytosis with the nephrotic syndrome; obtaining of peripheric smear with the result of dense myeloid cells; & performing of a kidney biopsy to assess the underlying etiology.
