User Testing: Gathering Data from First-Year Medical Students as They Interact with the EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS).

Researchers from the Mercer University School of Medicine and EBSCO Information Services formed a partnership to conduct user testing on the library's EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) interface. The goal of the study was to determine if first-year medical students encountered difficulty when asked to retrieve full-text, eBook, peer-reviewed, and print items relevant to their current research.
