Abstract
- The article presents information gift books brought out by publishers in the U.S. for Christmas season in the U.S. Penn Corp., a publishing company, has brought out two volumes to serves as gift books. One of these volumes is the story of "The Princess Pocahontas," set forth by Virginia Watson, and illustrated with full-page colored plates and chapter decoration by George Wharton Edwards. The other volume is "Vanished Towers and Chimes of Flanders." Macmillan Inc., in publishing John Mastfield's "Salt Water Poems and Ballads," In a pleasantly decorated volume, have put a desirable gift book within the reach of many. It contains twenty colored plates and twenty plates in black and white by Charles Pears.
