Abstract

This paper considers a plant with structured uncertainties, such as one with a transfer function where the denominator and the numerator, respectively, are represented by a convex combination of two polynomials. A necessary and sufficient condition for the robust stabilization is presented, and the systematic design method for the compensator is shown.
