Abstract
- The article presents some military and political updates. It reports on the resignation letter given by U.S. Secretary of State William Jennings Bryan. The disappearance of Bryan from official life does not really mean any serious division of forces in the face of the enemy. It is believed that resigning of Bryan has really strengthened the hands of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson. The news will undoubtedly greatly flutter the dovecotes of Berlin, Germany where, it is understood that Bryan's ascendancy is over.
