Abstract
- Tourism has become an economic industry, explained by rapid growth in tourist numbers and recorded tourism revenues. Tunisia and Morocco have both carved themselves into the north African tourist market. There are no two difference in the fact that tourist attractions shared by all the countries of the Maghreb have played an important role in tourism development. However, it is worth emphasizing that the Tunisian and Moroccan government's attitudes since independence have greatly served the sector. Through this paper we aim to analyze the economic impact of tourist activity in Tunisia and Morocco is positive and contributes to accelerating economic development while Algeria remains far from what is achieved by neighboring countries.
