Abstract

The article focuses on a study which aims to investigate the profile of microvesicles (MV) in myelofibrosis (MF) and essential thrombocythaemia (ET) whether MV proportions could be related to severity of MF as well as the role of inflammation on MV frequency in MF. Information about the effects of ruxolitinib on MVs in MF and the frequency of circulating megakaryocyte- and platelet-MVs is presented.
