Abstract

The article offers information on developing ethical criteria for health-promoting nudging is a valuable exercise. It mentions the ends of nudging being legitimate is glossed as the nudged option is medically superior; and also mentions the desired goal in having an organ donation opt-out system is not improving the health of the nudgees.
