Abstract

The article presents information on various events held in March 1920. On March 21, reports of a Balkan Confederation came from Bucharest, Romania. Platon, former Bishop of Odessa, who has recently been in Bulgaria, says that King Boris has charged him to form an alliance between Bulgaria, Jugoslavia and Greece, the purpose of which shall be mutual protection against the Communists and a peaceful settlement of all differences regarding frontiers. The next meeting of the Supreme Council of the Allies will be held in San Remo, Italy, on April 21, and the League of Nations Council will meet in Rome on April 25 or 26.
